Independent Research
The Alan S. Crandall Center for Glaucoma Innovation conducts independent preclinical, clinical, and comparative research, with a focus on glaucoma diagnostics and therapeutics, including micro-invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) devices. Our dedicated clinical research staff and fellowship-trained glaucoma faculty support this research.
Services
Preclinical Research
The center gathers data on device biocompatibility, safety, and efficacy by conducting laboratory research using in vitro and in vivo methods.
Clinical Research
